TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“TOS”) are a binding agreement between you (“you,” “User,” “Client”) and DSA Capital Limited, trading as Kommunity Pulse, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom with registration number 06327089 (“we,” “Company”). Collectively referred to as the “Parties,” and individually as a “Party.”

By accessing or using Kommunity Pulse products, services, and materials, you agree to abide by these TOS. If you do not agree, you must not use Kommunity Pulse.

1. SERVICE USE

Subject to your payment and compliance with these TOS, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Kommunity Pulse, a digital programme designed to help users identify, validate, and launch their own Skool communities.

As a client, you receive:

• Access to Kommunity Pulse software, dashboards, and tools
• Data-driven guidance on launching a niche Skool group
• Kommunity Score™ metrics for niche selection
• Weekly live strategy calls and training archives
• Done-for-you naming suggestions (for select tiers)
• Ongoing support via email and/or community
• Access to any additional tools released in the future

You are responsible for launching and running your own Skool community. We do not provide end-to-end community management services.

2. AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIP WITH SKOOL

Kommunity Pulse is an independent programme that operates as an affiliate of Skool.

We recommend and promote Skool because it is the platform we use and believe in. When you sign up to Skool using our referral link, we may earn a commission. Your use of Skool is subject to Skool Inc.'s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are separate from this agreement.

We are not employed by or officially partnered with Skool Inc. and cannot guarantee platform uptime, feature development, pricing, or support timelines from Skool.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Pricing for Kommunity Pulse is listed on our website and may vary by plan.

You agree to:

• Pay the fees as stated at the time of purchase
• Make payments on time for continued access
• Understand that failure to pay may result in access being revoked

Optional upgrades or add-ons may be offered and billed separately.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the programme — including immediate access to research tools, data, and proprietary systems — we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

You agree that value is delivered at the point of access, and this policy helps maintain the integrity of our service.

5. RESULTS & EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

We make no guarantees of income, engagement, or user growth. Results vary based on niche, effort, timing, and many factors beyond our control.

Any testimonials or earnings examples are for illustrative purposes only. You are solely responsible for your actions and results.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Kommunity Pulse materials, including software, dashboards, brand assets, research outputs, and strategies, are owned exclusively by DSA Capital Limited.

You are granted personal use only and may not resell, copy, or redistribute our content without express permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected earnings
• Platform changes by Skool or other third parties
• Interruptions, bugs, or errors in third-party tools
• Client execution failure or misinterpretation of guidance

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us by you for the service.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DSA Capital Limited, its officers, employees, and contractors from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Kommunity Pulse programme, including misuse or violation of third-party platform rules.

9. PLATFORM DEPENDENCE

Kommunity Pulse depends on the Skool platform, which is operated by Skool Inc.

We are not responsible for:

• Changes in Skool features, pricing, or availability
• Platform downtime or service issues
• Any actions taken by Skool Inc. regarding your community

You are solely responsible for your compliance with Skool's terms and policies.

10. MODIFICATIONS

These TOS may be modified at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or platform, and you are responsible for reviewing them.

Continued use of Kommunity Pulse constitutes your agreement to those changes.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Kommunity Pulse and supersede all prior conversations or materials.
